The pool area was great and the location was good, not far from shops and the mall and other areas of shopping. Overall it was spacious on the higher floors. The staff were welcoming and pleasant day and night👍👌😃

Wonderful location in Downtown Honolulu district close enough to eateries as well as beach and shopping. The moderate room with the air conditioner and a roll-in shower and pictures of what was under the pillow. Plenty of outstanding options for meal.

The hotel had a touristic position so close to excellant restaurant, ala moana mall and major attractions like Ala Moana Center and Waikiki. And it was at a medium distance from Yaki Yaki Miwa, ate there couple of times. The room was brand-new and large and had a fairly clean bathroom.

I loved the warm response and helfulness of the reception people. They were very accomodating with our specific preference to have a room in the main hotel building and did their best to accomdate that need. Most of all the location of the htotel was excellent for our shopping and restaurant needs- so conveniently located and within walking distance.Great hospitality too!

My experiences were all positive ones!

The location was best for elderly people who don't drive in Honolulu for shopping purposes. Lots of walking distance shops to shop at.

The air conditioning systems don't work properly and fans overhead need to be cleaned.

I really enjoyed my stay with the clean pool and the cozy atmosphere. The garden area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the kitchen utensils could use a few more options, but it didn't take away from the experience 🌺
